Privacy — Cashflow Campus Journal (Beta)

This is starter beta language written by the product team, not attorney-reviewed legal copy. It will be replaced before any public launch.

What we store

Your account email, profile preferences, and the trading data you put into the journal: imported trades and executions, journal entries, playbooks, prop-firm settings, screenshots, weekly reflections, AI coach reviews, and coach accountability check-ins. Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + private storage) with row-level security — every row is scoped to your account, and screenshots live in a private bucket readable only by you.

AI Coach

When you press an Analyze button, the AI Coach sends a summarized version of your own journal and trading data (and, for trade reviews, any screenshots you attached) to our AI provider to generate the review. This only happens when you explicitly run an analysis — never in the background. AI output is process review of your own data. It is not financial advice, not a trade signal, and not a prediction.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't share your trading data with other users. We don't train models on your data. API keys and auth secrets never leave the server.

Your controls

Settings → Export downloads everything we hold about you as JSON. Settings → Delete all data removes every journal record and screenshot you own. Beta feedback you submit is stored with your account and the route you sent it from.
